Green Eagle Tours and Travels – South Indian Tours

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Green Eagle Tours and Travels (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a tour with us, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. 2.2 Final Payment: The balance payment must be made no later than 30 days before the commencement of the tour. For bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date, full payment is required at the time of booking. 2.3 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online payment gateways. Any additional charges associated with payment processing will be borne by the Customer.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Customer:

  • More than 30 days before tour start date: 25% of the total tour cost will be retained.
  • 15-30 days before tour start date: 50% of the total tour cost will be retained.
  • Less than 15 days before tour start date: 100% of the total tour cost will be retained.

3.2 Cancellation by Company: If the Company cancels the tour for any reason other than force majeure, the Customer will receive a full refund of all payments made.

4. Changes to Booking

4.1 By Customer: Any changes to the booking must be communicated in writing. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. Additional costs may apply. 4.2 By Company: The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to the Customer as soon as possible.

5. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in our tour packages. We strongly recommend that Customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Medical Conditions: Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate in the tour. The Company is not liable for any health issues arising during the tour. 6.2 Safety Standards: The Company adheres to strict safety standards. However, Customers are responsible for their personal safety and must follow the instructions of the tour guide at all times.

7. Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits. The Company is not liable for any issues arising from improper or incomplete travel documentation.

8. Conduct and Behavior

Customers are expected to behave respectfully and considerately towards fellow travelers, guides, and local communities. The Company reserves the right to remove any Customer from the tour if their behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.

9. Liability

9.1 Limitation of Liability: The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the tour cost paid by the Customer. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the tour. 9.2 Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or public health emergencies.

10. Photography and Marketing

The Company reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the tour for promotional purposes. Customers who do not wish to be photographed or filmed must inform the tour guide at the start of the tour.

11. Complaints and Disputes

Any complaints should be communicated to the tour guide or Company representative as soon as possible to allow for immediate resolution. If the issue is not resolved to the Customer’s satisfaction, a written complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the tour end date.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the tour itself will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, State].

13. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will be available on our website and will apply to all bookings made after the date of amendment.
